I paid for a diagnosis ($200+) that I didn’t need. I knew what wrong with my car and I told you all. Then you wanted an astronomical sum for the repair. Ridiculous

I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze and for some maintenance on my turbocharger in which they informed me was something else and they took care of the problem they were kind and courteous and knowledgeable and I would definitely take my car back there again

A top-quality family-run auto repair shop is something of a rarity these days, especially one that appreciates vintage cars and makes you feel welcome the first time you walk in the door. Auto Evaluators took an interest in my one-owner 1970 Mustang for which, today, I simply needed a $12 state inspection. My questions about other 'Stang issues to be dealt with in the future were met with enthusiasm and a willingness to explore the problems, not the usual reflexive "We don't do that" when the vehicle is up in years. I am delighted to have found a new service resource which, I feel confident, will keep my car going another 275,000 miles. Thank you!
